A look Inside
RED IRON I-BEAM
ZEE GIRTS AND ZEE PURLINS
Moving beyond the I-Beam, the Zee Girt and Zee Purlin system utilized by your Gable Steel Building serves as your structures skeleton. Unlike the channel style systems commonly seen across the market, this system is designed to create an overlap for the ultimate in strength and longevity.
Arriving at your jobsite with pre-welded clips to make construction a breeze, this system is not only the strongest but the most efficient to build.
Best of all, this configuration allows for your choice of flush or bypass girts. Standard configuration is Flush Girts on the Endwalls and Bypass Girts on the Sidewalls. Be sure to let your project team know if you prefer a different design.

Every Gable Steel Building comes standard with a Reinforced Rod Bracing System. This is the strongest X Bracing System available today.
**Gable Steel’s Engineering Team recommends avoidance of any cable braced or panel sheared systems**
BASE ANGLE WITH TRIM
Your Gable Steel Building will include a trim package that will attach to the base angle providing coverage of the bottom of the PBR panel eliminating the need to use a concrete notch.
This will significantly reduce the overall project cost and time to complete.
EXTERIOR SHEETING
Gable Steel skins every building using their commercial grade 26 gauge PBR panel system. Unlike the agricultural panels so prevalent throughout the industry; these panels are designed with an 80,000 psi tensile strength to secure your building through the most extreme of weather conditions.

**Engineer Tip: Make sure you avoid ‘R’ Panel profiles that don’t offer the double overlap protection of a ‘PBR’ Profile and make special note that not all PBR panels are of the same quality. Make sure to get the full specification.**
FULL COVER TRIM
Gable Steel provides their customers with Full Cover Trim on every Framed Opening of your building. This trim is used to cover the exposed material give your building a finished look that matches the trim of the building and leaves no exposed Red Iron.
